Day 2 - Slower morning. Kids played. Isak built this cabin with the Lincoln logs.
Then we went to the visitor center for Fall Creek Falls.
And then we hiked for two hours or so. We saw several waterfalls!
Here's one:
Here's 2:
That's a suspension bridge over the waterfalls.
It was so fun to walk on.
Here's 3:
We all enjoyed the trail.
Sofie and Noah hung out together.
Kira wasn't feeling great. Later, we realized she was sick with the fever like Isak and then Noah had the week before. It finally got her! But she was a trooper and hiked the whole time!
Isak led the way.
We brought honey sugar nuts that were so yummy.
Waterfall number 4!
It was a loop trail.
We thought this tree's roots was like a rainbow. It inspired Kira and I to make up a unicorn adventure story together.
Love my girls.
Then we ate lunch.
There was a pool at the State Park so we decided to swim. The pool water was 72 degrees. And way too cold for us!! So we got our money back and went canoeing instead.
Canoeing was a lot more enjoyable and no one fell out so it was a success!
Then we went back to the cabin. Kira was super sick by this point. So we watched Flicka 2 together.
