September Moments

Moments in September from our everyday lives...

Noah falls asleep in my bed most nights and then I carry him to his bed.  He looks so sweet and precious.

Caramel apples.  We ate this a few times.  Everyone except Noah loved it.
My healthy breakfast.  Lately, I've been loving roasted vegetables.  I make a big batch and then eat them during the week with breakfast or as a side at lunch or dinner.  Yum!
Isak and Kira had a Monopoly game that lasted four days.  Isak finally won.  Yay!
Sofie and her pretty glitter marker coloring page.
We were all up snuggling on the couch one morning...rarely happens so we took a funny selfie...
Then Kira took a picture for us.
Reading with my kids.  My favorite.

Nels got to go to an Elder's Quorum activity.  They went shooting...
Nels loved it.  Pretty cool.
Another dinner we enjoyed...Steak and mango salad.  I recently learned that I love mangos!!  As you can see from the picture...there's a lot of mango in the salad.
Here's Isak building a new k'nex project.
K'nex projects the kids made....Kira - butterfly, Sofie - hot air balloon, Isak - a swing spinner.
Another Noah sleeping picture... All paw patrol and sleeping with Marshall.
Sofie found a pinecone and insisted on painting it.
She also wanted to make a unicorn out of a paper plate...
Finally relaxing...Kindle time.
Building with tinker toys.   Notice the fort of chairs and blankets next to them.
Noah found the firefighter costume.  He loves the whistle...
I made peach cobbler.  It was ok...
Ice cream cones on Sunday.  These two asked for a picture...😂
And that's all for this month!!
Big month for us with our first camping trip, vacation in Wisconsin, school and life.

School Stuff

Here's some photos of school days.
Waiting for the bus...Kira has a unicorn jacket and unicorn pants...she loves unicorns.

Isak boy.
Just waiting around for school.  Sofie picked out her outfit.
This is the art project the kids did at school.  Only in the year 2020 would this make any sense!
But I think it's super cute.
I played a matching game with Sofie and Noah during our lunch time together.
She's just so cute going to second grade.
Matching masks.
Sofie and Noah are ready for school today...

Kira wrote about her experience learning to ride with no training wheels.  I'm so proud of her.
Driving the four year olds to school.  They were playing with creative ways to wear their masks.  ðŸ˜‚

Coloring...not for school...just for fun.
Noah got a new shirt.  He loves it.
Ready for school.  It's so much work to get ready.  Taking a picture makes it worth it, right?
Sofie is such a good colorer.  She learned from Kira.  She does a great job.
Sofie loves to paint at school.
I tried to take a few pictures of Isak and Kira to show what their remote learning looks like...here's PE.
Reading...
Math problems...
Science....
Picture day!!!!
I took some pictures of them before they left.

Aren't they the cutest!!

One more from their remote learning day...Google Meet on their chrome books.
We don't buy the littles photos...but here's what the school sent...Noah.
Sofie.
Here's Isak's school picture.
And Kira's.
They are just growing up.  ðŸ˜¢  It's so bitter sweet.  I'm thankful for pictures so I can capture the moments and hold on just a little longer. 💛
