Happy Birthday Nels!
Sofie and Noah made him this car truck. The wheels even turn. :)
Kira gave him a card and origami...and a $1 origami.
Nels's parents gave him a guitar tie. Perfect!
Then we loaded the cars and drove 4 hours to Pigeon Forge. It was a gorgeous drive with all of the fall colors.
We stayed at this cute little cabin.
The kids loved their loft room.

Once we got settled, we found a place to eat. I chose the Old Mill Restaurant. There was a 45 minute wait, luckily, it was in a cute place. So we walked around and then ate some ice cream.
Dinner was a lot of yummy food!
Fried chicken, ribs, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and more.

It was late by the time we got done. So we just got a few groceries and went to bed.
