One Saturday, we had an adventure day. We found parking near Bicentennial Park in Nashville.
The girls liked the brick behind them...
Ta-da!I drank in the fall foliage.
There was a huge circle and the kids just ran around and around it. Sofie sang a song in the middle of the star. :)
A nice stranger took our picture...One of my favorites.
Tennessee on the world globe.
Pretty leaves...
My boys. 💙
Kira girl loved this tree.
Farmer's Market.
Then we spent some time gathering leaves and throwing them up in the air.
Then we walked back to the car. Aren't those red leaves gorgeous?!
We ate lunch at Jim 'N' Nicks.
Sofie and Noah still like to sit right on me...
Love that BBQ!
Then we went to Radnor Lake State Park. It was a wonderful hike and just wonderful.
We saw several deer. This one was pretty close!
We really enjoyed hiking up the hill and around the lake. We probably went about 3 miles. We hope to do more hiking. I really enjoy it. Kira and I told stories together. Sofie and Noah found big sticks. Isak led the way.
There was almost always someone whining or complaining about something. But overall, we tried to work through it and enjoy each other.
