October 31: Happy Halloween!!

October 31, Friday - 

Happy Halloween!  It was so nice to have it on a Friday!  Sofie and Noah wore their Halloween shirts.  Noah's face makes me laugh in the pic below.  

Sofie and Noah's class had a fun party.

I enjoyed a yummy dessert.  :)

The kids came home from school.  We all got ready and took Halloween pictures around 4:30 p.m.  Isak's costume was pretty scary!!

And off we went trick or treating.  I have to say, our neighborhood rocks Halloween.  So many decorations.  A few houses had activities and food for you...like hot dogs, chili, cupcakes, hot chocolate and other treats.  It was so fun to eat and chat.  

Kira went with her friend Amani.  They had fun, and we saw them as we went around the neighborhood.

A horse with a pumpkin head came riding through the neighborhood too!

This house had a lot going on!  Games, food, photo ops.  

It was a fun night!  And afterwards the kids set up their shops and traded.  

Isak traded for Reese's and Snickers.  Kira - poky sticks, gummy bears, 3 Musketeers, Hershey's. Noah - M&M's and Skittles.  Sofie - likes everything and trades everything.

The next day we had spider sandwiches and pumpkin cookies.  

And that's Halloween in 2025!
