Another Impromptu Photoshoot

I don't remember if these were taken in July or August...oh well.

Here are my cute kids.  :)

Kira is getting super strong and becoming more adventurous.  Instead of watching Isak do all the crazy stuff, she is doing it too.  Sometimes she is even the instigator.  Here she is flipping the kiddie pool over.

July Randoms

I painted my fingernails for the 4th of July.  See the Chevron design on my ring fingernail?  My mom taught me how to do it.  It's so fun.  Thanks mama!

This is my one birthday picture.  My birthday was pretty low key.  A highlight was my friend Tiersha watched our kids so Nels and I could enjoy my free Red Robin burger.  It was a nice night out.  Thanks Tiersha!

One evening we decided to strip the babies down to their diapers and fill up the kiddie pool.  They loved it!!

Kira just made Nels fill up the water can over and over so she could pour it out.

Then we ate popsicles.

I bought this little table and chair set at Ikea and the kids love it.  This was the first time they used it to color.

One morning I was making my list and the babies just had to come and sit by me.  Isak played with the pen and paper and Kira watched.  They are my little shadows.

I finished this page for the quiet book.  Zipper and snaps.  It's been a hit so far.

Sleeping Kira

A while ago I posted pictures of Isak sleeping.  I finally captured Kira sleeping.  She is a tough one because she is usually the first one to wake up from naps.   I rarely have to wake her up for sleeping too long.  But this one time she did sleep forever I finally got some pictures.

She sleeps with this blanket that grandma Stewart gave her when she was born and the blue puppy blanket that my friend Lori gave to us.

You can see the puppy's ear...It's actually Isak's, but Kira claimed it for her own about 9 months ago.  We just won't tell Isak.
