Field Day! It was a day they looked forward to and really enjoyed. They all got Salem T-shirts.
I snuck up on Sofie and Noah. I enjoyed watching them play rock, paper scissors without them seeing me. Noah's shirt is so huge. But I love his grin as he is playing!
Here's Sofie.
Here's Isak's class waiting for the next activity.
Here's Isak in the back of this group photo.
I'm glad they did a fun thing...there's 900 plus students at the school. So to organize this event took a lot of work!
At Overall Creek, Kira's drawing was chosen to be displayed in an art show. I love this talented girl.
End of school year project...

Kira made a slideshow and taught her class how to draw a unicorn and fold a secret note.
Here's the unicorn they learned how to draw.
And here's the secret note.
And Isak!
Together...Almost the last day of 3rd grade. I think this was for the 3rd grade picnic day.
And this was also Sofie and Noah's graduation from kindergarten day! I love how Noah is checking on Sofie...
These two are cute together. They were pretty excited. They were asked to wear Salem blue colors...
Here's their kindergarten class...
Isn't that a fun set up. I was so happy to go to the kindergarten program.
I sat on the front row of the bleachers. Sofie and Noah just beamed and smiled. They sang two songs. One was to the tune of Shake it Off, by Taylor Swift...they sang, "Growing up, up, up. 1st grade, 1st grade!" Second song was to the tune of Summer Nights by Grease. "Tell me more, tell me more did you learn how to write?" So cute. I just loved every minute!! The Principal also gave a nice speech.
We took pictures. Here's the unicorn they learned how to draw.
And here's the secret note.
She did a great job presenting. And she loved building the google slides.
Here's Sofie "Future Panda Keeper." That is her career choice. She often talks about going to Asia to save the Pandas.
End of year gifts. I just did gift cards with these cute tags...
Here's Kira in her Salem shirt. :)And Isak!

Mrs. Landrith was the "nicest teacher in the whole world." That's what Noah often said. He loved her and I'm so thankful he experienced such a loving, kind teacher.

I feel like the kids learned a lot. Maybe not book learning, but adjusting to new environments, making new friends and figuring out three different schools with their three different school cultures and rules. I'm proud of them and for how they kept trying even when if was difficult.
