Nels is heading into a very long budget season. So we decided to go on a quick trip. We were going to go camping, but that was overwhelming. So I found a cute cabin on airbnb. We booked it and it was wonderful! We loved our trip. It was to Fall Creek Falls and it was less than two hours away.
Once we arrived, we went horseback riding.
Sofie rode on Bob. Bob loved to go off the trail and eat the leaves. Haha. Sofie handled it very well and with humor. She was very good natured about it.
Nels's horse was named Big Red and he tooted and pooped a lot!
I rode Spirit. Very good horse.
Isak rode Leonard and he did very well too.

Noah rode Stubby and enjoyed it. Although, he cried and cried before he sat on the horse. But then he was brave and did it! He didn't cry at all once he was on Stubby.
Kira did great with Rocky. I kept calling her horse Rocket.
Yay! We went on a trail through the trees and it lasted about an hour and a half.

Noah didn't want ice cream so he got brownie cookies.
The rest of us enjoyed ice cream.

Then we found our cabin...
They had a pasture with two horses across from the cabin.
Kira wasn't feeling too well, so she got cozy and relaxed on her bed.
The kids room was perfect. A queen and two twin beds and a couch and a play area with toys.
