Last Days of School!

All of the kids loved Field Day on May 19th.  Poor Isak was not feeling well.  He had stayed home for two days before, with a fever.  But he did not want to miss it.  I gave him Tylenol and let him go.  And he did all right.  He was happy he went and then he just recovered all weekend.  I'm glad I went and saw them playing and having fun.

Noah ended up being sick the last few days of school.  He missed the last day of school.  Poor boy.  High fever like what Isak had the week before.  

Sofie rocked the last few days of school.  Her teacher did a red carpet awards ceremony.  She got the Character Kid award.  Noah got the Math Master.  So fun.

We had popsicles after they came home for the last day of school treat.

Kira got to do some origami with her friend Amani.  

No school, but these boys love doing Math.

Sofie and Noah gave me a recipe book that their class made for Mother's day and these drawings.

I loved what Sofie wrote for her 10 favorite things about first grade. 

1. Camping day.   2.  Tie dye moon.  3. Recess.  4.  Movie star day.  5.  The Magnificent thing.  6.  Building bird feeders.  7.  New teacher.  8.  Play with friends.  9.  Eating popcorn.  10.  Beach Day.

 We stayed in one place for the whole school year.  It was wonderful.  :)
