Lots of Easter

We celebrated Easter in different ways this year.  It was so much fun with the babies.  First up, we went to our subdivisions Easter egg hunt.  The kids didn't know what was going on. haha.  We helped them pick up about 6 eggs.

We got our pic taken with the Easter Bunny.  I was so surprised that both Isak and Kira liked the bunny and didn't cry!

Afterwards we tried a new burger place called BT's Burgerjoint.

It was pretty good.  But when it comes to burgers, my heart still loves the banzi burger at Red Robin the most.

Another day, my friend and I headed Uptown Charlotte with the kids for an Easter egg hunt.

It was a very cold day.

But there was a lot going on...Man on stilts entraining the kids.

We ended up just walking through the park and then ate lunch.  We didn't stay for the egg hunt...just too cold!

On the actual Easter Sunday our friends put together an egg hunt that we happily attended.

Isak got the hang of it this time.   He put about 3 eggs into his basket by himself.

Kira was not feeling that well.  She was super clingy to us.  Her dad was sweet and helped her pick up the eggs.  This is how they did it.
First, Nels lowered her down.

Second, Kira picked it up and then put it in the basket.

Third, clap hands! :)  She was so cute.

These are our friends that put it all together.  Tiersha and Josh and their sweet Charlotte.  Charlotte is 2 months older than our twins.  So glad we met them!!  They are a lot of fun.

Isak loves their cozy coupe car and just sat in it most of the time we were at their house.

We are so grateful for our Savior, Jesus Christ.  For his sacrifice for all of us.  We hope you all had a nice Easter.
